About Me

My name is Charlene and I love to sew I also love good quality fabrics. I have been sewing dresses for over 20 years. From the days of sewing at school, I was constantly getting into trouble for not following the rules when it came to sewing. I think I was ahead of the game as I just wanted to sew with no restrictions.

When I got married I made all my bridesmaid dresses (four in total). My husband gave me the look when I said I was making my own bridesmaids' dresses. I didn't disappoint and I think he was surprised I had a hidden talent.  I love to see my creations come to life at the end as a finished garment.
